Video Content Lead crafting compelling video content for Rillet's B2B tech products. Collaborating with marketing to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end video production, from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and distribution
Create compelling video content across formats: product videos, customer stories, event highlights, social clips, explainers, and campaigns
Partner with marketing, community, and demand gen to align video content with growth goals
Collaborate with founders, executives, and subject-matter experts to capture authentic, high-signal narratives
Develop repeatable formats and templates that scale video output without sacrificing quality
Ensure all video content reflects Rillet’s brand, voice, and high creative bar
Experiment with new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches to drive engagement and demand
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience creating video content for B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to translate complex products into clear, engaging narratives
Hands-on experience with filming, editing, and post-production
Comfort owning projects end-to-end with minimal direction
Strong creative judgment and attention to detail
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
Experience creating video content for demand generation, social, or brand campaigns (preferred)
Experience at early-stage or fast-scaling startups (preferred)
