Responsibilities

With your ideas you bring our core topics to our target audiences: from consumers to producers and processors, as well as trade and foodservice.
You turn complex topics into clear visuals that move people.
Specifically, you are responsible for: graphic and editorial preparation and translation of complex contexts and processes for various formats and channels.
Project and community management.
Acting as the interface to agencies, creators and internal specialist departments.
Briefing, quality control and systematic final approval of delivered assets against defined standards.
Handling, coordination and documentation of brand approvals.
Community management, including confident handling of critical comments.
Requirements
Content creation
Strong graphic skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word) and Canva
Ability to present complex topics clearly and with strong visuals — e.g. confident design of presentations and creation of infographics
Strong brand and design understanding to quickly and reliably implement CI-compliant solutions
Storytelling and editorial skills: an excellent sense for language, audiences, platforms and the development of suitable content formats (text, image, graphics — video desirable)
Project and community management
Experience in project work including creating briefings, quality control and schedule management
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Teams for structured and creative collaboration and communication
Confident community management and the ability to handle critical comments and complaints professionally
