Responsibilities
Define and drive the overall content strategy (blog, guides, tutorials, videos).
Decide what to produce, in what order, and why.
Structure and improve the content production process.
Write and produce some of the content yourself: blog posts and educational guides.
Create video scripts and tutorials.
Turn complex features and workflows into simple, structured, and useful content.
Manage the entire tutorial production chain: brief, outline, script, screenshots, and editor brief.
Ensure a consistently high level of quality.
Manage and coordinate freelance writers.
Review, refine, and approve their work.
Implement a scalable and reliable content production workflow.
Requirements
Strong experience in content management and SEO for a SaaS product or other complex product.
Excellent written English.
Exceptional ability to structure knowledge and explain complex topics simply.
Comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution (hands-on).
Data-oriented mindset.
Comfortable with data analysis and analytics tools.
Experience managing freelancers or contributors.
Bonus: experience with HubSpot, B2B SaaS, RevOps, or sales tools.
