About the role

  • Manager leading the design and support of Sales Operations CRM/PRM projects at Ricoh. Responsible for system administration and cross-functional collaboration to enhance dealer business technology.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for design, support, and management of Sales Operations CRM/PRM projects and administration.
  • Assume leadership and accountability for successful performance, improvement, and execution of assigned Dealer Business Technology.
  • Includes project/task definition, prioritization, and collaboration with Sales and IT to identify requirements.
  • Leads cross-functional development and ongoing enhancement efforts aligned to Dealer Business Unit goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • 1+ years leading cross-functional projects.
  • 7+ years as Analyst or Consultant within an Operational function.
  • 5+ years of SFDC CRM and/or PRM systems administration and design.
