About the role

  • Betriebsleiter responsible for organizing operations and leading the team at HANS IM GLÜCK's Münster location. Motivating staff and managing kitchen, bar, and service areas.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for creating a great guest experience — and therefore for organizing the day-to-day operations at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
  • You lead the entire team, motivate your employees, prepare staff schedules for kitchen, bar and service, and regularly conduct trainings.
  • You monitor key figures such as productivity, labor costs and cost of goods.
  • Daily and monthly accounting as well as bank deposits are of course part of your responsibilities.
  • You ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements are observed at all times.
  • You are the primary point of contact for questions from guests and team members.

Requirements

  • You have vocational training in (chain) gastronomy or a related field.
  • Commercial experience, particularly in staff leadership and cost management.
  • Genuine team spirit.
  • You are open-minded and enthusiastic.
  • You can motivate others and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to get involved: you are hands-on, take responsibility and are a doer.
  • Service orientation and flexibility.
