Responsibilities
You are responsible for creating a great guest experience — and therefore for organizing the day-to-day operations at the HANS IM GLÜCK location.
You lead the entire team, motivate your employees, prepare staff schedules for kitchen, bar and service, and regularly conduct trainings.
You monitor key figures such as productivity, labor costs and cost of goods.
Daily and monthly accounting as well as bank deposits are of course part of your responsibilities.
You ensure that hygiene regulations and occupational health and safety requirements are observed at all times.
You are the primary point of contact for questions from guests and team members.
Requirements
You have vocational training in (chain) gastronomy or a related field.
Commercial experience, particularly in staff leadership and cost management.
Genuine team spirit.
You are open-minded and enthusiastic.
You can motivate others and have strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to get involved: you are hands-on, take responsibility and are a doer.
