- You provide individual basic and treatment care, as well as gerontopsychiatric nursing, with dedication and professionalism.
- You place great value on individualized support and organize activating daily activities tailored to residents’ needs while taking gerontopsychiatric conditions into account.
- You document the care process for each resident (medication administration, care records, etc.).
- Together with the on-site team, you play an important role in ensuring care quality.
- As an expert in your field, you are always available to residents and their relatives and maintain an open ear for their concerns.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a certified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or registered nurse) and hold additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry.
- We welcome applicants with or without professional experience.
- You are a team player and show empathy in your interactions with residents and colleagues.
- You work independently, are solution-oriented, and enjoy having a sense of humor — we do too!
- You are willing to work across all shifts; if this is not possible, we will find a suitable solution.
- You have a basic affinity for IT systems.
