About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead ticketing operations at scale across Victoria’s public transport network
- Oversee the operation and delivery of myki and contactless ticketing products, services and systems
- Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for contractual oversight, governance and operational performance
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to provide stability for staff
- Negate disruption to the delivery of operational services and uphold system performance requirements
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in operations, service delivery or contract management within a complex environment
- Experience overseeing outsourced service providers and managing performance against KPIs
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability across government, private sector and supplier environments
- Experience in mass transport, ticketing, payments, large-scale technology or infrastructure operations (highly regarded)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology management, business, engineering or a related discipline (highly regarded)
