About the role

- Individuelle Grund- und Behandlungspflege sowie gerontopsychiatrische Pflege der Bewohner
- Individuelle Betreuung und aktivierende Tagesgestaltung nach den Bedürfnissen der Bewohner
- Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses rund um den Bewohner (Medikamentenvergabe, Pflegeprotokolle etc.)
- Mit dem Team vor Ort Pflegequalität sicherstellen
- Offenes Ohr für Bewohner und Angehörige
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger und/oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger und die Zusatzausbildung im Bereich Gerontopsychiatrie
- Teamplayer und Empathie im Umgang mit Bewohnern und Kollegen
- Eigenständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft, in allen Schichten zu arbeiten
- IT-Affinität
