About the role

Responsibilities
- Individual basic and treatment nursing care, as well as gerontopsychiatric care for residents
- Individual support and stimulating daily activity planning
- Documentation of the care process (medication administration, care logs/protocols, etc.)
- Contribute to ensuring the quality of care
- Be a listening ear and expert contact for residents and their relatives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing professional) with additional qualification in gerontopsychiatry
- Team player with empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
- Independent, solution-oriented and with a sense of humor
- Willingness to work across all shifts (including late, night and weekend/public holiday shifts)
- Basic IT affinity/skills
