- Process and analyze large volumes of data using Databricks, SQL, and advanced transformation and analytical exploration techniques;
- Identify patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities from data, supporting process improvements and business outcomes;
- Develop and optimize code for automation of analytical processes and data integration;
- Work on optimizing operational processes, reducing manual tasks, and increasing efficiency and scalability of routines;
- Structure, document, and evolve data flows and processes, identifying bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement;
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards tailored to business area needs;
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align metrics and objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or related fields;
- Experience with Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and process automation;
- Experience with programming languages (Python, PySpark) for automation;
- Ability to create adaptable, data-exploration-oriented dashboards;
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., BPMN);
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics;
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools.
