About the role
- Network Analytics Engineer at TIM managing network performance indicators and ensuring data reliability for decision making and customer experience improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and managing information on access and transmission network indicators, maintaining information databases, and generating views necessary for managerial support and to provide input for the optimization and design teams.
- Extract, analyze and ensure the reliability of network data, as well as manage internal databases;
- Analyze Customer Experience indicators from crowdsourcing tools such as Tutela and Facebook Insights;
- Create strategic views for decision-making using BI (Business Intelligence);
- Analyze and develop new indicator views to provide inputs for improving Customer Experience;
- Ensure controlled utilization of Access Network and Backhaul elements to support projected traffic growth;
- Consolidate regional Access Network and Backhaul expansion plans, prioritizing the most critical actions to ensure CEX (Customer Experience);
- Monitor the results of deployment activities;
- Provide support to Regional Commercial and Institutional areas, as well as to Network Operations and Deployment teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields, Data Engineering or Data Processing;
- Experience in cellular network engineering (RF / access network / backhaul);
- Proficiency in Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of Power BI;
- Desirable: knowledge of automation processes, basic understanding of AI / machine learning.
