About the role

  • Analytics Engineer analyzing and visualizing data for orthodontic treatments at DentalMonitoring. Collaborating closely with teams to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant KPIs with business teams and create the associated datasets/pipelines
  • Create rich, interactive visualizations (in QuickSight)
  • Analyze complex data — from defining the business question to presenting the results
  • Design, develop and maintain DBT models within the analytics stack
  • Orchestrate transformation pipelines with Mage
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams regarding their analytical needs
  • Contribute to data governance

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst
  • Engineering degree or scientific background (Master’s, PhD) in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative field
  • Strong SQL for complex transformations: CTEs, window functions
  • Production experience with DBT: layered modeling, tests, documentation
  • Comfortable with a pipeline orchestrator (Mage, Airflow, Prefect or equivalent)
  • Ability to carry out end-to-end complex analyses (ROI, cohorts, retention, segmentation)
  • Effective communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
  • Minimum English level C1 and French level C2
  • Experience with commercial data (CRM, Salesforce) and/or financial data is a plus
