Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end operation of CRM campaigns and journeys (recurring and one-off), guaranteeing deadlines, SLAs and quality;
Prioritize, organize and assign requests within the team;
Lead the execution of new strategies, A/B tests, automated journeys and optimizations;
Influence business decisions with an operational and technical perspective;
Serve as a bridge between strategy and operations, translating directives into precise execution;
Monitor operational status, anticipate risks, reduce rework and prevent incidents;
Manage the sending budget, ensuring efficient and sustainable use;
Implement continuous improvements to flows, checklists, governance and documentation;
Maintain and evolve internal processes such as briefing forms, delivery standards and operational controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed in analytical or related fields;
Experience managing people;
Previous experience in CRM, marketing automation and campaign operations;
Advanced knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce and Insider);
Proficiency in SQL for queries, validations and analytical support;
Analytical mindset and strong prioritization skills;
Organized, detail-oriented and operationally disciplined;
Excellent communication and ability to work with multiple departments.
