Responsibilities
Maintain ongoing market monitoring to identify new opportunities.
Identify merchants' priority needs through field feedback.
Monitor competitor offerings to refine our positioning.
Independently coordinate launches of cross-functional features.
Define positioning and associated messaging.
Translate technical features into clear, compelling business benefits.
Coordinate launch activities across our channels.
Create and update sales enablement tools.
Contribute to the production of relevant content.
Train Sales and Account Management teams on sales messaging.
Requirements
3–4 years' experience in Product Marketing (PMM) or Sales Enablement
Deliverable-oriented (results-driven) mindset
Customer-needs oriented (both internal and external)
Ability to understand complex topics and distill the essentials
Strong business sense and service orientation
Produce ready-to-use materials with minimal rework
Strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts
Efficiency and strong synthesis skills
Highly hands-on and curious
Comfortable working in pair settings and cross-functionally
