About the role

  • Account Director leading multiple projects and client relationships at Rethink. Fostering a creative team environment while ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • With a team, you’ll manage and lead multiple large projects ensuring that they are in-market on time and on budget
  • Collaborate and contribute to the decision making process with your creative and strategy counterparts
  • Champion creative thinking with our clients while ensuring the work connects back to the strategy
  • Manage multiple client stakeholders at various levels
  • Grow and develop a supporting team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience
  • A passion for continuing to grow your craft
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Your experience, creative instinct, and problem solving to contribute to solid decision making
  • A strong understanding and experience of traditional and digital production
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • A “can-do” attitude – no ask is too big or too small for you
  • An entrepreneurial spirit – you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table
  • A proactive approach – you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there
