Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing sales cycle for high-volume inbound leads in restaurant SaaS. Driving revenue by closing low-unit opportunities and supporting the sales team.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct an Inside Sales team to identify and develop restaurant customers with 1 to 2 restaurant locations nationwide, virtually.
Assist the team in developing and executing a sales strategy
Work with the team when necessary to engage prospects in order to close
Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for the team
Manage ARR quotas and pipelines
Help support full cycle sales executives in prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices
Ensure the team tracks weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
Establishes individual development and production plans for the team
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1-3+ years’ experience managing SaaS sales teams
Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred
Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days
Experience developing teams from scratch
AI-led approach
Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry
Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent
Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.
