About the role

  • Inside Sales Administrator primarily supports customer inquiries and order processing for Sandvik's Powders Group. Role combines teamwork with independent responsibilities in a diverse company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the external Sales Organisation and Customers
  • Facilitate the full order cycle from quotation to product dispatch
  • Prepare and issue quotations using the Company’s ERP system
  • Check incoming customer requests, purchase orders, and dispatch details
  • Understand demand forecasts and update the demand schedule
  • Collaborate with production and build relationships with finance and sales teams

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience within a sales environment
  • Experience in CRM and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Outlook)
  • Team-oriented and independent work capabilities
  • Confident and organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum A level or equivalent vocational qualification
  • Knowledge of metal-based products or experience in engineering sales is desirable
