Commercial(e) Sédentaire - Inside Sales supporting sales team in Málaga with client interactions and sales development. Engaging in teleprospection and managing reporting tasks within the CRM.
Responsibilities
You will join the sales team at the Málaga office, supporting the field sales team.
You will be involved in the commercial process for our clients on the French market and will carry out mixed tasks: 50% commercial assistance and 50% business development.
Commercial assistance (50%): Identifying HR projects among clients and prospects across various HR topics (Talent, Payroll, etc.).
Outbound calling to clients and prospects: presenting the Group and HR Path’s service offering, scheduling client meetings.
Maintaining high-quality CRM records for client and prospect contacts.
Preparing sales reports (MS Office).
Business development (50%): Growing the Group’s SME client portfolio.
Conducting sales meetings for our service offerings (via videoconference).
Organizing and implementing marketing activities to engage and animate the territory.
Requirements
Minimum of two years’ proven experience in sales and customer relations.
A desire to develop your career in commercial/sales roles.
Strong persuasion skills, a customer-oriented approach and excellent organizational abilities to successfully complete assigned tasks.
Fluent in French and English (C1 level — spoken & written).
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
