About the role

  • Sales Representative driving revenue growth by promoting Stryker medical device solutions. Engaging with surgical teams and supporting medical staff in operating room environments.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical device solutions including Stryker Spine & Cranial Navigation, Imaging Systems, and Surgical Planning Software
  • Drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, and support surgical teams in the operating room
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts
  • Conduct product evaluations in the operating room and office settings
  • Educate and train surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of Stryker’s Enabling Technologies products
  • Analyze sales performance and territory data
  • Collaborate and communicate wins, insights, and challenges with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional teams
  • Deliver exceptional customer support during surgical procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or 6 years of equivalent professional work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales or medical device sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
  • Prior experience in operating room sales support or clinical selling environments
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Benefits

  • This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits
  • Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
  • Compliance with all OSHA safety standards is mandatory
