About the role

Responsibilities
- Group-wide handling of the following topics: development and implementation of process standards for process management.
- Monitoring and administration of the process management system, ensuring correct modeling and compliance with defined process standards and process modeling.
- Implementation of requirements from the CSRD framework at our RENK sites.
- Operational implementation of legal and customer requirements in the area of material compliance (e.g., REACH, RoHS).
Requirements
- Qualification: You have successfully completed a technical or scientific degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience: You bring relevant professional experience in process management; additional experience in product-related environmental management (including material compliance, sustainability management) is a plus.
- Professional expertise: You have solid knowledge of process modeling; further knowledge of relevant material compliance regulations (e.g., REACH), CSRD (ESG), and Product Carbon Footprint is advantageous.
- Personal commitment: Your working style is characterized by teamwork and reliability.
- Analytical skills: You are distinguished by a systematic-methodical approach as well as strong implementation and conceptual abilities. Confident and independent project management completes your profile.
- Language skills: Your English and German skills are very good, both written and spoken.
