Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the design, development, process, and product quality teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication between teams and other departments.

- Contribute to product promotion (commercial events, scientific conferences, etc.).
- Participate in technology watch and encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the teams.
- Provide technical support at other group factories abroad and at customer sites.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets and maintain a high level of quality and performance.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering (ideally electrotechnical engineering, power electronics), physics, or a related field.
- Excellent managerial, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proven experience in technology and product development.
- Fluent in English.
