Responsibilities
- Central global point of contact for all matters related to transfer pricing
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with national and international transfer pricing regulations
- Preparation of the annual transfer pricing documentation
- Support for foreign group companies with their local transfer pricing documentation
- Provide specialist support for M&A transactions and restructurings
- Further development and digitalization of the group's transfer pricing systems
- Independently manage tax audits
- Responsible for Country-by-Country reporting
- Establishment of a group-wide Tax Compliance Management System
Requirements
- University degree in economics, finance, or law with a tax focus, or an equivalent tax qualification
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in transfer pricing
- Solid knowledge of national and international transfer pricing legislation
- Preferably additional experience in international tax law
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly self-motivated with a structured working style
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Business-fluent German and English
