Responsibilities
The Solution Line Manager (SLM) operates as the strategic leader for ITA Group’s Channel Partner solution line, executing on the solution line (SL) vision and managing the overall SL portfolio.
This involves aligning teams, prioritizing work, managing financials and driving sales funnel activity on behalf of the SL.
The SLM works in close connection to assigned resources within Centers of Client Excellence (CCE) teams to develop business and marketing plans for products and services and manage the roadmap for solutions with ITA Group client-centricity in mind.
The SLM is responsible for executive-level reporting on SL performance and will serve as the primary leader of the SL overall throughout the organization.
This role works in close collaboration with the Manager – Strategy Team Leader (MSTL), Product Development and Marketing Strategy teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration/management, finance, communications or applicable field is required.
Minimum ten years work experience in sales, marketing and/or related field requiring custom channel partner development focusing on clients’ financial and business objectives.
Performance improvement knowledge and experience, along with customer service experience in a service-related industry, is preferred.
Five years product/brand management experience.
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft® PowerPoint, Microsoft® Word and Microsoft® Excel.
Experience with Microsoft® Publisher and Keynote is preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to delegate and work effectively as a leader within a team environment.
Ability to develop strong relationships, easily build rapport and earn the respect of colleagues, product partners and clients.
Demonstrated business communication experience including strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to interact with all levels of client management and articulate ideas regarding strategy, industry knowledge, business practices and ITA Group’s core competencies.
Ability to understand clients’ needs and challenges and develop strategic solutions accordingly.
Solid business acumen with a strong leadership presence.
