About the role

  • Order Manager ensuring customer satisfaction and managing internal communication for RENK Group AG. Handling order changes and administrative tasks in a hybrid role based in Rheine, Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Customer support during order processing.
  • Act as an interface between customers, engineering/design and the order control center.
  • Independent handling and communication of all order changes.
  • Other administrative and commercial tasks.
  • Handling of letters of credit.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree.
  • Experience in customer support/customer service.
  • Proficient user of MS Office and SAP.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Structured way of working and solution-oriented approach.
