Responsibilities
- You manage tenders — ensuring optimal terms and the right business partners
- You oversee the entire purchasing process from A–Z — for efficient workflows and full cost transparency
- You support and maintain relationships with our suppliers — strengthening stable, reliable and high-quality partnerships
- You negotiate and contribute to contracts — to achieve economically optimal outcomes and reduce risks
- You maintain and update supplier and item master data in our procurement systems — enabling digital, error-free processes and a reliable basis for correct orders
- You actively contribute to procurement projects — driving innovation and process optimizations
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
- You bring at least 2–5 years of professional experience in procurement
- You work in a service- and solution-oriented manner
- You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills and a confident presence
- You work independently and efficiently
- You have a high level of organizational talent and are a strong team player
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications
- You have very good written and spoken German
