About the role
- Junior Project Procurement Manager assisting the procurement team for Nuclear Fuels. Involved in complex projects including RFx development, quotations, and contract preparation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project procurement team in delivering value across several complex projects
- RFx development and preparation
- Solicit quotations and analyse contract proposals
- Support the analysis and evaluation of all elements of cost for commodity groups to identify cost improvements
- Help develop strategies to maximize supplier base cost/value
- Use the corporate Approved Supplier List Process for sourcing requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Westinghouse's Procurement procedures
- Support the Contract preparation and purchasing process
- Help manage supply and supplier commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and ongoing Master in a commercial or business related subject
- Knowledge in Procurement
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Swedish/English speaking
- Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
