About the role
- Director of MPF Procurement leading integration and compliance with corporate policies at Reworld. Driving procurement savings and successful operational execution across multiple regions and functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of MPF procurement into the enterprise model
- Ensure regions and functions consistently follow approved sourcing, contracting, and PO issuance requirements
- Translate corporate policy into clear, executable regional expectations
- Work with Regional Procurement and Regional Operations to embed corporate procurement policy into operational planning
- Drive procurement savings through compliant sourcing and contracting practices
- Drive adoption of S2P tools (e.g., Jaggaer) as the system of record supporting Corporate Procurement Policy and SOX controls
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of progressive procurement experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrix organization
- Proven change management experience
- Strong working knowledge of corporate procurement policies, S2P processes, and internal controls
- Experience partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Legal to drive compliant and executable procurement outcomes.
