About the role

Responsibilities

  • Data and CRM Management: Enter, update, and organize information in the HubSpot system.
  • Support to the Sales Team: Assist with prospecting, negotiation, and sales processes.
  • Customer Success: Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Operational Control: Populate, monitor, and maintain control spreadsheets.
  • Organization and Time Management: Support planning of the department's daily activities.
  • Strategic Alignment: Participate in team meetings and track goals and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Animal Science (Zootecnia), Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or related fields;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clear writing and a professional demeanor;
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a multitasking environment;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn, and responsible.
