About the role

  • Deputy Team Leader for Inside Sales managing team and customer relations at Sirius Facilities. Overseeing operations, product development, and strategic marketing efforts in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Operational leadership & team development: leading, coaching and developing the Inside Sales team
  • Active participation in day-to-day operations (inbound & outbound): handling customer inquiries by phone and email, managing escalations, and conducting proactive outbound sales calls to acquire new customers
  • Interface & coordination: close collaboration with all relevant departments (including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations)
  • Product Ownership (light): contributing to the ongoing development of the Virtual Office product
  • Pricing & offer management: regular review and adjustment of pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability
  • Customer analysis & business development: analysing existing customers and opportunities to identify growth potential
  • Marketing & promotion: developing and implementing targeted promotional campaigns together with the marketing team
  • Reporting & tools: using SugarCRM (migrating to Salesforce) and Power BI to analyse and manage relevant KPIs

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification — alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Professional experience in sales or product management
  • Strong passion for sales and enthusiasm for acquiring, retaining and maximising customer potential
  • Enjoyment of telephone-based customer contact and a high closing ability
  • Results orientation and entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on revenue, margins and target achievement
  • Resilience and stress tolerance as part of your professional DNA
  • Analytical skills and a very good understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics and customer needs
  • Confident use of CRM and BI tools (ideally Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
  • Very good written and spoken German
