Responsibilities
Analyze international freight costs, including obtaining quotes from carriers, agents, and suppliers.
Compare routes, transit times, risks, and operational feasibility.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Prepare detailed quotes according to the operation's technical requirements and commercial policy.
Send proposals clearly, accurately, and within the defined deadline.
Follow up on responses, revisions, and negotiations until the opportunity is closed.
Issue complete and correct Shipping Instructions to the operations team after customer confirmation.
Ensure all data is aligned with operations and the origin/destination requirements.
Perform active follow-up with clients, ensuring continuous service and satisfaction.
Record all interactions in the CRM and CargoWise, ensuring an accurate history.
Monitor opportunities in the CRM, supporting pipeline control and sales forecasting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or related fields
Postgraduate degree in commercial areas or pricing is desirable
Proficiency in Excel, English, and Power BI
Analytical, strategic, dynamic, and collaborative profile
