Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers, posting job openings, screening resumes, administering questionnaires, conducting behavioral profile analysis (Profiler), facilitating group and individual interviews, organizing group exercises, administering tests, and referring candidates for leadership interviews.
Participate in the onboarding process by welcoming new employees through orientation training and coordinating deliverables with the responsible departments (IT, HR/Payroll, Uniforms, etc.).
Conduct exit interviews, collecting information to support initiatives that improve organizational climate and strengthen company culture.
Support the creation and execution of internal marketing initiatives to promote employee engagement and disseminate company culture.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Availability to intern 6 hours per day during regular business hours.
