About the role

  • Provides sales support for Treasury Management Relationship Managers and clients at Regions. Responsible for client onboarding, account preparation, and ensuring successful service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provides sales support to Treasury Management Relationship Managers and their clients
  • Prepares account structures and pricing proformas
  • Participates in the production of presentation decks
  • Completes client research for Treasury Management proposals
  • Ensures implementation errors are minimal
  • Manages new client onboarding experience
  • Serves as primary escalation point for client support
  • Ensures reporting is accurate and timely
  • Collaborates with relationship managers to support sales activities
  • May handle additional administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three years prior banking, sales or sales support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Understanding of Working Capital
