About the role

  • Head of Sales responsible for managing the entire sales process for a digital SaaS solution. Engaging with clients and driving customer relationships with a focus on digitalization.

Responsibilities

  • You take responsibility across the entire sales process:
  • You handle incoming leads and develop them further
  • You proactively build new customer relationships through cold outreach and networking
  • You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
  • You prepare proposals and guide potential customers through to contract signing
  • You diligently log all activities in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
  • Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
  • Strong communication skills, goal orientation, and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
  • Nice to have: experience with the CRM system "HubSpot"
  • Industry knowledge in rental or leasing business (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment)
