Responsibilities
Provide professional and methodological support to sales agents in mobile telecommunications sales
Conduct sales trainings, coaching sessions and structured feedback meetings

Ensure compliance with processes, sales scripts and quality standards
Work closely with team leaders and management to drive sustainable performance improvements
Requirements
Professional experience in sales, ideally in a call center or telecommunications environment
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written (C1)
Experience in coaching or employee development is an advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills
