Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing — all inbound
Resolve customer inquiries related to new contracts and updates to customer master data
Manage supplier switches and electricity and gas connections
Process tariff upgrades
Identify sales potential and provide appropriate consultation
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the system
Act as the service partner who brings a smile to customers' faces
Requirements
Communicative and fluent in German at C1/C2 level
Confident using PCs and common software applications
You have a structured, reliable approach to work, combined with excellent advisory skills
Motivated and eager to learn – career changers welcome
You live in Salzwedel or the surrounding area
