About the role

  • Customer service representative in the energy sector handling inbound customer inquiries and providing sales support through exceptional service. Flexible hours and comprehensive training included.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing — all inbound
  • Resolve customer inquiries related to new contracts and updates to customer master data
  • Manage supplier switches and electricity and gas connections
  • Process tariff upgrades
  • Identify sales potential and provide appropriate consultation
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the system
  • Act as the service partner who brings a smile to customers' faces

Requirements

  • Communicative and fluent in German at C1/C2 level
  • Confident using PCs and common software applications
  • You have a structured, reliable approach to work, combined with excellent advisory skills
  • Motivated and eager to learn – career changers welcome
  • You live in Salzwedel or the surrounding area
