Responsibilities
Lead and grow Corporate Sales across the Ford network.
Monitor and optimise B2B performance (orders, volumes, PV/CV share).
Redesign and implement Business Centre standards and performance models.
Drive dealer network performance and engagement.
Lead strategic planning related to commercial terms, programmes and product offers.
Lead the rollout of the national Ford Rent / STR strategy.
Manage fleet performance, onboarding, programs, and national agreements.
Support national MDR and Direct Sales accounts.
Negotiate and implement national public-sector contracts.
Define and deliver remarketing strategy aligned with MDR and company car returns.
