About the role

  • Sales Director leading Fleet and Corporate Sales operations in France. Driving growth and profitability across Passenger Vehicles and Commercial Vehicles while managing key account teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Corporate Sales across the Ford network.
  • Monitor and optimise B2B performance (orders, volumes, PV/CV share).
  • Redesign and implement Business Centre standards and performance models.
  • Drive dealer network performance and engagement.
  • Lead strategic planning related to commercial terms, programmes and product offers.
  • Lead the rollout of the national Ford Rent / STR strategy.
  • Manage fleet performance, onboarding, programs, and national agreements.
  • Support national MDR and Direct Sales accounts.
  • Negotiate and implement national public-sector contracts.
  • Define and deliver remarketing strategy aligned with MDR and company car returns.
