About the role
- Technical Customer Support Representative for a German telecommunications provider assisting customers with DSL, mobile, and cable inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handling technical customer inquiries related to DSL, mobile, cable, and fiber-optic services
- Handling technical customer inquiries regarding devices as well as product and tariff/package advice
- Managing network-related complaints in customer interactions (mobile postpaid)
- Handling third-party provider inquiries (Netflix, Sky and others)
Requirements
- Technical understanding with an affinity for telecommunications products and services (mobile, DSL)
- Confident use of computers and IT systems
- Service-oriented mindset and behavior
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Quick comprehension and empathy
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level), and confident use of common PC applications.
