Responsibilities
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Cloud computing administration of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Support in evaluating and adopting new technologies, methods, and tools
Conduct proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
Participate in service management (2nd level support)
Desktop virtualization
Analyze, plan and prepare deployment of new technologies
Install network components
Software maintenance and backup of system, application, and log data
Linux administration and support of Linux systems
Install web and application servers
Performance analysis and optimization
Maintain transport management (e.g., SAP transports)
SAP administration and support of SAP ERP systems
Basic administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Perform backups and disaster recovery
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)
Professional experience
Certifications
Good German skills (minimum B2 level)
