Responsibilities
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with accurate customer, opportunity, and pipeline data
Coordinate and support sales activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
Act as a central point of coordination for sales-related processes, timelines, and follow-ups
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data across systems
Support the creation, review, and processing of quotes, orders, and contract documentation
Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate contract execution and order fulfillment
Track order status and proactively manage outstanding items to closure
Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries
Support forecasting and pipeline reviews through accurate and timely data management
Identify data gaps or process inefficiencies and take action to resolve them
Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including coordination of meetings, materials, and documentation
Support onboarding of new sales team members with tools, systems, and processes
Assist with customer communications and follow-ups as needed
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
Experience supporting a B2B or technology sales organization is an asset
