About the role

  • Administrative Services Lead managing front desk operations and providing office support for Glanbia. Delivering exceptional workplace experiences in a global nutrition company.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and handle all in‑person and telephone enquiries with professionalism
  • Manage the main switchboard, screening and redirecting calls
  • Handle incoming post, courier deliveries, and outgoing shipments
  • Order and maintain office stationery, printer toners, and supplies
  • Keep accurate records and perform regular stocktakes
  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Support facilities projects and day‑to‑day operations as needed
  • Act as the main point of contact for cleaning contractors

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and service providers
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and facilities compliance requirements
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills and sound decision‑making in urgent situations
  • Ability to remain calm and responsive in fast‑paced environments
