About the role

  • Identity & Access Administrator managing client identity environments at Centorrino Technologies. Focusing on identity administration, automation, and audit remediation across Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain identity environments across managed services clients, including administration of Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory
  • Manage user accounts, security groups, permissions, and support hybrid identity environments
  • Support identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)
  • Troubleshoot authentication and identity-related incidents and take ownership through to resolution, including coordination across teams
  • Operate within the Service Desk to resolve identity-related incidents and service requests, maintain accurate ticket documentation, and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
  • Deliver audit and compliance remediation, including responding to client audit requests, extracting identity and access data, identifying remediation actions, implementing updates, and maintaining documentation and evidence
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for identity reporting and administration
  • Automate repeatable identity tasks and standardise automation across client environments
  • Generate audit reports from Entra ID and Active Directory

Requirements

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory, including hybrid identity environments
  • Experience working in multi-client or MSP environments
  • Strong PowerShell scripting capability, including automation and reporting
  • Experience generating reports from identity platforms and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management, and least privilege principles
  • Understanding of identity governance, compliance, and audit remediation processes
  • Experience extracting and analysing identity and access data and supporting client audits
  • Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance standards
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
