Responsibilities
Providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support is part of our daily operations.
We ensure that our 6,000 colleagues and external business partners can work smoothly and securely with hardware and software.
Supporting the exploration of new, innovative technologies, methods, and tools and subsequently conducting proofs of concept.
Continuous focus on security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
Collaboration in service management (2nd-level support).
Analysis, planning, and deployment preparation of new technologies (including VDI based on Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp).
Planning and implementation of security-related measures (e.g., patch management, policies).
Installation of network components (e.g., routers, switches, software components).
Installation of web and application servers in our virtual environment.
Performing backups and disaster recovery.
Maintenance of transport management and execution of system copies
Requirements
You have completed IT training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and have already gained professional experience.
You can provide certifications (otherwise willingness to obtain them is required).
You have good German and good English skills (at least B2 level).
