About the role

  • Kundenbetreuer at regiocom assisting Vodafone customers with inquiries and technical support. Hybrid role in Berlin with flexible working arrangements and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You handle inbound customer calls (no cold calling!).
  • You assist with technical questions related to internet and TV.
  • You convince customers to stay with us (winback).
  • You advise on plans and suitable solutions.
  • You document your conversations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent German skills (C1)
  • Enjoy communicating and providing customer service
  • Inbound sales experience? Great — not required
  • Motivated, willing to learn, and goal-oriented
  • Proficient with PC and CRM systems
  • Calm, friendly, and solution-oriented approach — even during difficult conversations
