Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs, including health plans and additional benefits

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of benefits specialists
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee benefits management with hands-on experience, including leading a team
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar credentials preferred
- Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and benefits-related software
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suite
