About the role
- Business Applications Consultant at Red Badger, leading design and delivery of Microsoft Business Applications solutions across clients. Responsibilities include system integration and hands-on development in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for client engagements across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform workloads.
- Translate business aspirations into end-to-end solution blueprints that are scalable, secure, and supportable.
- Actively participate in hands-on solution development, prototyping Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse customisations, and Azure integrations.
- Serve as the technical authority across projects reviewing and approving solution designs and extensions.
- Conduct regular solution assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and Microsoft best practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery.
- Define and promote governance frameworks for Power Platform environments, ALM, and DevOps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Business Applications Ecosystem (Dynamics 365 CE/FO/Project Ops, Power Platform, Copilot).
- Proven delivery experience within a consulting environment.
- Hands-on technical expertise, able to prototype, configure, and troubleshoot.
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot.
- Experience designing and integrating solutions with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
- Proficiency in ALM practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
