- You design and accompany cultural change processes and apply appropriate change-management methods for sustainable development.
- With creative and innovative approaches you generate enthusiasm for occupational safety and health and make these topics tangible.
- You advise companies on cultural transformation and support the establishment of long-term learning, reflection and improvement processes.
- In doing so, you combine subject-matter expertise with a sensitive understanding of people, organizations and change dynamics.
Requirements
- Ideally, you bring experience in occupational safety, occupational health, quality management, organizational development, change management, training or coaching — career changers are explicitly welcome.
