About the role

  • Infrastructure Management Consultant leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects involving asset management, strategy, and technology consulting. Building client relationships and guiding project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex asset management, organizational strategy, technology consulting and financial consulting projects
  • cultivate client relationships
  • contribute to practice development through thought leadership, proposal writing, and staff coaching
  • establish and maintain client relationships
  • develop proposals, scopes and budgets
  • manage project teams through good planning, communication, and delegation
  • manage delivery quality of the work in own area of specialization to ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • facilitate workshops with senior management, and provide advice and reports to address identified client issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
  • 10+ years consulting with increasing responsibility; at least 3 yrs leading project teams and client accounts
  • Track-record delivering asset-management plans or business cases for infrastructure management
  • successful track record leading opportunity pursuits, including preparation of proposals
  • Demonstrated revenue growth with substantive volume
  • Demonstrated technical mentorship of relevant junior staff.
  • Preferred Master’s or equivalent in field related to infrastructure finance, asset management, or technology
  • Completion of IAM Certificate, PMI-CAPM, GISP, or similar
