Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and validate strategic pedagogical documentation (course pedagogical projects, curriculum matrices, assessment matrices, syllabi, facilitation plans, and other documentation related to the pedagogical assets of Solutions) aligned with organizational objectives and professional education regulations;
- Manage end-to-end educational projects autonomously, ensuring deadlines, technical-pedagogical quality, and regulatory compliance;
- Design evidence-based corporate learning projects using active methodologies and strategic alignment with business KPIs;
- Conduct educational needs analyses and translate findings into effective pedagogical solutions;
- Propose and implement pedagogical and methodological innovations that enhance learning outcomes;
- Design learning experiences for virtual environments (Moodle), integrating multimedia resources and objects, gamification, microlearning, interactivity, and instructional mediation;
- Apply active methodologies in high-performance professional and corporate education contexts;
- Ensure pedagogical alignment between learning objectives, instructional strategies, educational resources, and assessment instruments;
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in professional education and/or corporate learning;
- Established experience in developing structured pedagogical documentation;
- Proficiency in Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), especially Moodle;
- Solid knowledge in developing curriculum matrices, syllabi, lesson plans, and scripts for online/distance education;
- Active methodologies: ABP (Problem-Based Learning), PBL (Project-Based Learning), TBL (Team-Based Learning), flipped classroom, collaborative learning;
- Learning assessment (formative and summative) and development of rubrics and assessment matrices;
- Educational technologies: LMS/LXP, gamification, microlearning;
- Ability to autonomously manage complex, multidisciplinary educational projects;
- Experience providing consultative support to clients and internal stakeholders;
- Analytical ability to interpret educational data (learning analytics) and propose evidence-based improvements.
