About the role

  • Senior Partner Development Manager for EMEA driving partner-sourced growth and engagement across the region. Building and managing key partnerships while aligning with global strategies from London.

Responsibilities

  • own and scale partner-driven growth across the region
  • build, enable, and activate Recurly’s EMEA partner ecosystem—spanning payments, ISVs, agencies, resellers, and Shopify ecosystem partners
  • play a critical role in coordinating EMEA execution for global strategic partners
  • operate as the regional owner of partner outcomes, combining ecosystem design, partner relationships, and hands-on commercial execution
  • drive partner-sourced pipeline, partner adoption, and incremental revenue growth for Recurly in EMEA
  • execute Recurly’s EMEA partner strategy in alignment with global partnership priorities, company growth objectives, ICPs, and vertical focus
  • own partner-sourced pipeline targets for the region
  • identify and scale new revenue-generating partner opportunities in EMEA
  • lead engagement with regional partners to establish durable, revenue-focused relationships
  • act as the EMEA point of coordination for global strategic partners
  • ensure global strategic partners are effectively activated in EMEA
  • work closely with EMEA sales leadership and AEs on partner-led opportunity sourcing and joint account planning
  • track partner performance across pipeline contribution, adoption, and direct revenue

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles within SaaS, fintech, payments, or ecommerce.
  • Demonstrated success building partner motions that generate pipeline and revenue, not just relationships.
  • Experience within or adjacent to the Shopify ecosystem, particularly agencies, platforms, or commerce-focused SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models, billing, and payments.
  • Established EMEA network across fintech, SaaS, agencies, or commerce platforms.
  • Commercially minded with experience supporting referral, resale, or joint GTM partner models.
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing VP- and C-level stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Highly autonomous, strategic, and execution-oriented; thrives with regional ownership and ambiguity.
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner tooling (PartnerStack, Crossbeam, etc.) preferred.
  • Based in London with willingness to travel periodically across EMEA.
