Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the new business strategy in Ireland, defining the commercial roadmap and partner value proposition for the grocery segment.
New Business Acquisition: Act as a "hunter" to pitch, negotiate, and onboard high-profile partners, agreeing on terms that unlock mutual long-term value.
Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop an Account Manager, fostering an inclusive and high-performance team culture.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to partners, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Tech to supercharge brand growth.
Launch Execution: Define and execute robust launch plans for new partners, ensuring Deliveroo is established as their preferred partner of choice from day one.
Stakeholder Management: Ensure senior leadership is aligned on the Ireland market position and provide the necessary insights to secure business-wide support.
Requirements
